For items sent to us for repair, buyers are responsible for ensuring their items are safely delivered to our service center. Shipping costs from the buyer to our service are covered by the buyer, and any shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Buyers are also responsible for:
Purchasing the correct item for their needs.
Proper removal and installation of the item.
Ensuring safe packaging when shipping items to us to avoid damage in transit.
Clearly marking the package with their contact information and a short description of the problem they are experiencing with the item.
Please note:
In the event of an unsuccessful repair, we charge a bench fee to cover the time and effort spent attempting to repair the item.
We may refuse to repair items that have suffered liquids damage or fire.
We may decline repair requests for items on which unsuccessful repair attempts have already been performed.
